We pour fresh honey collected at the Šerkšnų apiary into glass containers, seal them tightly, and store them in dark, cool rooms. After about three weeks, the honey begins to crystallize and lighten, and glucose spots form on the surface. This is characteristic only of natural, unprocessed bee honey.

If you choose this honey, we will pack forest honey for you. It has a dark yellow color and a strong aroma. Honey is not only a source of glucose, fructose and carbohydrates, but also a means of stimulating the release of serotonin (the so-called “happiness hormone”).
