We pour fresh honey collected in the Šerkšnai apiary into glass containers, cover it tightly and store it in a dark, cool room. After about three weeks, the honey begins to crystallize and lighten, forming glucose spots on the surface. This is typical only of natural, unheated bee honey.After you choose linden honey, we will pack the honey collected during the flowering of linden blossoms.
Honey is not only a source of glucose, fructose and carbohydrates, but also a means of stimulating the release of serotonin (the so-called “happiness hormone”).
Keep in up to 25 ° C, protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
