We pour the fresh honey, harvested at the Šerkšnas apiary, into glass containers, seal them tightly, and store them in a cool, dark place. After about three weeks, the fresh honey begins to crystallize and lighten in color, with glucose crystals forming on the surface. This is characteristic only of natural, unprocessed honey.

After choosing this honey, we will pack spring blossom honey for you. It has a snow-white color and a mild aroma.
