We pour fresh honey collected in the Šerkšnai apiary into glass containers, cover it tightly and store it in a dark, cool room. After about three weeks, the honey begins to crystallize and lighten, forming glucose spots on the surface. This is typical only of natural, unheated bee honey.

Thank you for fulfilling my order to the UK so incredibly quickly. It was very well packaged and we love all the honeys. Ever since your honeys arrived I've been finding my 4 year old daughter sitting over a particular jar sneaked out of the kitchen, living the sweet dream.
